We have a number of clients who, for various reasons, request that an annual audit is performed.
This may be, for example, for the benefit of disclosure to a bank where the client is seeking third party finance or to prospective investors in order that they may correctly place a value on the entity. In order to facilitate this, we work with both local and UK resident firms of auditors, liaising closely during the course of the audit to ensure the desired outcome – a clean audit report. We provide the auditors with full working papers in support of the financial statements that we prepare and furnish full explanations of all activities recorded therein.
