Accounts can be prepared in accordance with the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, the Trust (Jersey) Law 1984, UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
If required, we can provide a full reporting package, including statements of changes in equity, statements of cash flows and comprehensive footnotes in addition to the core statements of profit and loss and balance sheet. Where a group structure is entirely under our administration, we can compile fully consolidated group accounts. Our Wealth Management System easily accommodates the recording of multi currency transactions, enabling the presentation of financial statements in a single reporting currency that is supported by one or more functional currencies.
