As an independent privately owned and managed regulated service provider, and with more than 35 years experience, our focus has always been, and remains, our clients' welfare.
Our focus traditionally has always been to look after the affairs of clients with a private clients' bias. During this time however, and from within our Private Client arena, we have quietly gone about establishing and administering a large number of varied corporate structures.
Following recent changes to the island's regulatory framework, we have now taken the decision that we should provide corporate services from a wholly owned dedicated fund licensed vehicle, Europlan Fund Administrators Limited ("EFA"). We also decided that it was time to let people know a little more about the type of work we have been doing for many years behind the scenes.
Our in house accounting and legal teams are available for both our Private and Corporate clients.
