Although Jersey Foundations are a relatively new vehicle, we are already experienced in their establishment and administration.
We are happy to assist with the drafting of the Foundation documents, namely the Charter and the Regulations, and will arrange for the establishment and registration of the Foundation with the regulatory authorities.
We are also able to assist with the drafting of any supplementary documents required during the life of the Foundation such as changes to the beneficiaries or to the purpose of the Foundation, or to review any documentation produced externally.
