For Fund structures other than those classified as retail or hedge, we are happy to review and provide support services to a Fund's appointed legal firms on the initial set up and on going documentation of a Fund's structure.
We are also happy to work closely alongside a Fund's appointed lawyers to ensure that, as administrators, EFA is fully aware of the process in which the Fund structure has been developed.
Where EFA has been asked to take over the administration requirements of an existing Fund, we are able, when requested, to review a Fund's existing documentation in order to provide assistance to our Corporate Team.
