Management and annual accounts
To ensure we are fully aware of the activities of any client engagement, we insist that comprehensive financial records are maintained and regular financial statements are prepared. Where these are prepared outside the Europlan group, these records should be made available to us on a regular and timely basis.
Our Global Wealth Management System enables us to maintain a comprehensive record of any investment transactions a client's structure may have been involved in. It also enables us to record any investments for which we have been asked to provide custodial services. By taking full advantage of this system, we can ensure the full monitoring and disclosure of a client's assets when preparing their financial statements.
