Fund administration
We provide a full compliment of fund administration services. The majority of funds with which we are involved have a specialised investment strategy or are private equity fund arrangements, mostly for private families.
We can review offer documentation and liaise with the island's regulatory authority, the Jersey Financial Services Commission ( www.jerseyfsc.org), regulatory authorities in other jurisdictions and with other experts as required. We are also able to provide full administrative and accounting services for the fund using our Global Wealth Management System and full secretarial support facilities.
