Trust administration
We are able to provide administration services to trusts established in Jersey. As trustee, we will ensure that the terms of the trust deed and the relevant trust law are adhered to for the benefit of the settlor and the named beneficiaries. Trustee services we are able to provide include:
Provision of Corporate/Personal Trustee
- Administration of trust assets for the benefit of the trust beneficiaries
- Custody of all trust documentation
- Regular reviews of financial performance from information provided to the trustee from appointed investment managers
- Liaison with appointed tax advisors in connection with the preparation and submission of annual trust tax computations and returns
- Bookkeeping and accounting
